Returns & Exchanges
The customer may raise a return or exchange request (within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product) from the website contact us page and enter the details as requested or may reach out to our customer desk via dropping an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our delivery partner executive will visit at your doorstep to collect the product hassle free. The customer has to ensure that the products being returned or exchanged are not damaged or used, carrying all tags, including accessories and packaging as delivered. Our delivery partner shall inspect the product at the time of returns and can reject the return request if the aforementioned criteria is not met. The customer will be provided with a courier waybill or docket number for any future references.

We process the amount using the same mode through which the payment was initially made, with the exception of cash payments. For cash payments, our support team will reach out to the customer to obtain their bank details in order to process the refund.
Generally the refunds are made within 3-5 business days post receipt of the product at our warehouse. In some of the cases, the banks may take a longer time to reflect the amount in the customer account.
